Came in to request shot records, filled out the request form and was told someone will call in 3 to 5 business days to pick up and the same day requested a referral to see a cardiologist, 4 weeks later after no one contacted me so I goes to the office and everyone looks dumbfounded as if I'm speaking German......please take your love ones somewhere where ppl actually care because these ppl don't. They just want a paycheck.

I brought my son in who is an established patient on a Thrus. for fever,soar throat and rash. First I was told he may not be seen because there are no slots available. Then the nurse came out to screen my son and put him on the list to receive care but was told the Dr. will be here in an hour and she is the only Dr. and have a tight schedule so be prepared that I may be ask to visit an urgent care instead. My son was very sick so I decided to wait. I was called back an hour later, the nurse did her assessment then the Dr. did her assessment and decided that my son had a viral problem that cause the soar throat and rash and he was not contagious. The nurse swab his throat and I was promised the labs will be sent off and will receive a call on Sat. about the diagnosis and prescription. Well Sat. came, no call and no meds for my son. I called Mon. to follow up,...nurse tells me I didn't get a call because the labs results are not back and I will get a call tomorrow. Well guess what, no call and now I contracted the soar throat and rash . People please don't take your children to this place, they did nothing to help my child with his illness.

I have been a patient with eau Claire for almost 7 years. This is the only one that I am treated with indifference. I have , more than once , had the wrong prescriptions sent, if they get sent at all. I am being treated for diabetes, and had been telling the Dr for months the meds they gave me had stopped working. When I said I wanted them to change my meds, the nurse said the Dr wouldn't because according to my a1c it was under control. Due to high blood sugars my health has slowly gotten worse. Now, several months layer, they agreed that my meds needed to be changed

I've been to this location twice and both times I did not see the doctor until an hour after my appointment time. Staff is really nice however, having hour long patient wait times is unacceptable.
